Skills Based courses focus on developing skills in a specific area. Skills-Based courses include:
      
-Presentations
       -Negotiations
       -Writing
       -Meetings

There are 2 different types of skills based course: Regular and Intensive.
The Regular Skills-Based course consists of up to 12 x 90 minute classes, normally delivered over a 6 week periods.
The Intensive Skills-Based course consists of 2 or 3 day seminars, lasting 7 hours each day.

Employees who are currently rated as 5 or above in the International Language Testing System (IELTS) or equivalent, and who wish to improve their soft-skills. Managers and other high level personnel.
