Needs Analysis

After the initial contact has been made, English Solutions will send one of its senior staff to your company to conduct a needs analysis, in order to develop a clear picture of your needs and requirements. An oral and written placement test will then be created based on the results of the initial needs analysis. The test will give you a clear idea of your employees' language capabilities and needs. After this, an English Solutions course designer will work alongside the HR manager or relevant personnel to design a course tailored to your exact needs.
